- under The Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP); and/or
- under the CIRA (Canadian) Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (CDRP).

Our Flat-Fee Domain Name Dispute Complaint Package is $1,900 (+HST) and includes:

• Review of the facts and circumstances of the domain name dispute.
• Preparation of Complaint Strategy.
• Assembly of Exhibits to Support Complaint.
• Preparation and filing of Complaint.
• Forwarding of Decision of the dispute-resolution provider.
• Assistance and Support in Transferring the Domain Name Once acquired.

Package does not include the Filing Fee charged by the dispute-resolution provider ($1000-$4000). Often, the Respondent does not file a Response to our Complaint; in those cases, no further expenses are incurred.

Our Flat-Fee Domain Name Dispute Defense Package is $1,900 (+HST) and includes:

• Review of the Complaint filed against your domain name.
• Determination of available response points.
  
• Prepare and file the Response.
  
• Forwarding of Decision of of the dispute-resolution provider.

There is no Filing Fee for the Respondent.
